Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept
Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept personal checks (with a
10-day hold for the check to clear).
RETURN PROCEDURES
At More Than Poker Tables.com a purchase is never final. You can return any purchase within 14 days for any reason. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. We must receive your return within 14 days after the date you received your items. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You must email the refund request to customerservice@morethanpokertables.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field),
There are a few exceptions to the return policy:
1) No customized poker chips can be returned.
2) If wrapped poker chips are opened, they can be returned, but a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
3) If any other poker chips are returned, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
4) All items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are returned, the shipping will not be refunded.
5) NO opened DVDs or open KEM cards can be returned. There are no exceptions. If you do return them, and they are opened, you will not be refunded. We can not resell opened DVDs, or KEM cards.
ALL items MUST be inspected prior to accepting a package. The shipper (UPS, Fedex) must be notifed of any damage.
Your full purchase price will be refunded to you upon the return of the product. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund. There are a few exceptions as seen above (less Shipping and Handling). PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS for credits to be issued.
When returning the product, please use a traceable package delivery. (i.e. UPS GROUND or USPS PRIORITY with delivery confirmation). And include all of the original paperwork included in the original package including the invoice, manuals, and original shipping materials.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
Note: All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
SHIPPING METHODS
Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service (UPS) where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. We only ship to addresses in the United States with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged
shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If
any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight
bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep
all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the
damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by
the freight carrier.
We can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our
error. You are responsible for all freight charges on
shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We
are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses
to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors.
The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you
purchase from us.
