How is the product shipped?

Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service (UPS, Fedex, USPS) where possible.   In addition, some items may be shipped directly  from the manufacturer to customers.  We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.  Please allow 4-7 business days for your products to be shipped to you.

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

 We do ship to address in the United States with the exclusion of our neighbors in Hawaii and Alaska.

What is your return policy?

The policies are outlined under store policies.  We want you to be happy with our products and your purchase so at More Than Poker Tables.com a purchase is never final. You can return any purchase within 14 days for any reason. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. We must receive your return within 14 days after the date you received your items.  Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You must email the refund request to customerservice@morethanpokertables.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field).  Some exceptions are noted under Store Policies.
